How we design our public policies matters.

Public policy affects our lives in many ways. Public policy should be open, transparent, and accessible. How policies are designed is important.

The Policy Design Centre is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving public policy by researching and educating on how public policies are designed, selected, implemented and evaluated.

The Policy Design Centre’s vision is a community where public policy-and how it is designed-is open, transparent, and accessible to everyone with an interest.

The Policy Design Centre’s mission is to improve public policy by increasing knowledge of policy design processes and practices.
